When we first sit down with a business owner, we like to really get to know their business. If they have a shop, office or store, we like to come and take a tour. The better we know your business, the better we can help you plan your tax liability and hopefully save some money. We like to get a feel for the daily operation of your business so we don't miss any deductions. Our pricing is very competitive and can be bundled with other business services to save you even more money.

Payroll Tax Returns

Let AFS help you with those pesky payroll returns. It is sometimes overwhelming to remember the deadlines and the forms needed to properly report your payroll taxes. We work with clients on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to make sure they stay up-to-date with payroll reporting.

Choosing what type of business you are, could save or cost you hundreds, even thousands of dollars for years to come. We again sit down with each client and learn what they are planning for their business and run numbers for each type of business entity to help them determine the best choice for them. Bookkeeping

You started a business to do what you love and to make money at it! So why take yourself away from what you love? Let us help you with your paperwork, the part you hate. We can work with you as frequently as needed to make sure you know what you are making and spending on a regular basis. We can also spot issues with cash flow and help correct issues before they get to be a large problem. We have worked with businesses from day one of their business starting. We also have clients who thought they would have time to keep and found out they did not. We can help you in whatever way works best for you.

Notary Service

For all of our clients, we will notarize up to 2 documents per year, per person at no additional cost. If you need more documents notarized, no problem, it is just a small $10 fee for each additional document.

Client Vault

We use this service for both our individual clients and our business clients. We have found that our business clients like to store their financial records, tax returns, business licenses and more. Then if the worst were to happen, they have all of their financial records all in one place.

Shredding Services

This is another service we offer to our clients. You can bring in documents on a quarterly basis to shred rather than worrying about them in the trash or having to take the time to shred them all yourself. We have a third party who comes in quarterly and shreds all confidential information securely right here on-site. Then the shreds of paper are recycled!
